After the rejection by the Constitutional Court of "luxury tax", the Sardinia Region must return to approximately 37 thousand taxpayers almost 30 million euros.
The Board has approved the resolution setting out guidelines for making more simple, fast and secure the payment of the amounts paid in the coffers regional taxes on second homes to use for tourism and capital gains arising from the purchase of buildings in the range of three kilometers from sea.

This act provides for those concerned to send a notice containing the terms of repayment of debts in question, divided into share capital and share interests: the taxpayer for a period not exceeding five months, will collect at the door nearest the Treasurer Regional Bank, Unicredit, the reimbursement of taxes by signing an application that will be worth as a receipt. After this time, any creditors may ask how much they had through the ordinary procedures for reimbursement.

For claims above the 10,000 euro, however, apply to regular procedures for reimbursement, with special tax audits against creditors to be executed at Equitalia spa.
